An Annual Function is one of the major events of the organization. This event is organized once every year but somehow due to the pandemic and other pressing issues, CFCA could not organize this event in the past 3 years. This year after much planning and preparation CFCA Delhi Annual Function which marked 18 years of successful journey with mothers and children was celebrated on 11th February 2023 at SL House, Pansheel Park, Malviya Nagar Road, New Delhi. More than 300 participants from across Delhi subprojects which includes Hauzrani Village, Pochanpur Village and Masjid Moth Village attended the function. Mr. Pratap Fauzdar, a Poet and Comedian was the special guest for the occasion. Many other dignitaries which included Heads of Various Institutions, CFCA Board of Trustees and others graced the occasion with their presence. Some of the Alumni of CFCA also took out time to join the event.
The program started with lamp lightning by the chief guests, the main highlights of the program were the cultural events presented by both the mothers as well as children. It was very encouraging to watch mothers expressing their journey of self empowerment through CFCA and how their lives have been completely changed. Gifts were distributed to outstanding children and participants. Mother leaders also were awarded for their constant contribution towards the successful functioning of the organization. Overall it was a very encouraging program and everyone enjoyed to their heart’s content.
